Licensed Medical Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Reviewer to provide remote peer review services in a flexible, nonclinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical reviews and provide objective recommendations on patient care
• Review cases related to workers' compensation, disability, and health plan prior authorizations and appeals
• Utilize a secure online portal to complete reviews without patient contact

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical board certification in the United States
• Active, unrestricted medical licensure in the United States
• At least 8 hours a week of direct patient care (including telehealth and volunteer work)
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience, including residency
• Ability to complete reviews from within the United States
