Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Licensed Medical Science Liaison Director will manage MSL performance, develop strategies for scientific engagement, and ensure alignment with Medical Affairs objectives while fostering team capability in Hepatology.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and capability development of the MSL team through effective leadership and coaching
- Set clear performance metrics and drive a continuous improvement mindset within the team
- Develop strategies and processes to enhance scientific engagement with external experts and ensure compliance with GSK standards
Required qualifications:
- Accredited advanced degree in a life-science or basic-science discipline; Doctoral degree preferred
- Six or more years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison organization
- Two or more years of experience in Hepatology
