Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and educate seniors on Medicare Life and Health Plans
• Receive inbound calls and assist with escalated customer issues
• Meet sales and productivity goals while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active Life and Health General Lines License in state of residence
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace at home
