Job Summary

Driving Medicare sales through consultative selling, the fully remote Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor will assist customers with health insurance inquiries, manage escalated issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting sales and productivity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Receives inbound calls from customers regarding health insurance options across multiple states
• Assists with escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction
• Meets daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and productivity goals

Required qualifications

• Active Life and Health General Lines License in the state of residence
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare and health insurance plans
• Experience in sales, particularly in a consultative selling environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inside sales environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems for customer interaction documentation
