Job Summary
Supporting existing Medicare members, the full-time Licensed Medicare Agent will engage in service-focused conversations to educate, resolve concerns, and enhance member retention in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Medicare members, focusing on retention and education
- Guide members through their coverage options without high-pressure tactics
- Meet performance expectations related to call quality, member engagement, and schedule adherence
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
