Job Summary
Supporting Medicare members through service-focused conversations, the full-time Licensed Medicare Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls to educate and retain clients, working remotely in a consultative role without high-pressure sales tactics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members, focusing on retention and issue resolution
- Guide members through their coverage options and next steps while meeting performance expectations
- Maintain communication with supervisors and attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
