Job Summary
Supporting existing Medicare members, the full-time Licensed Medicare Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls focused on retention, education, and issue resolution in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with Medicare members, ensuring their understanding of coverage and addressing concerns
- Guide members through coverage options and next steps without high-pressure sales tactics
- Meet performance expectations related to call quality, member engagement, and retention metrics
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum of 1 year of Medicare experience
- Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
- Basic computer skills and comfort working across multiple software systems
