A company is looking for a Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives inbound calls from customers regarding health insurance options
• Assists with escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction
• Meets sales and productivity goals while updating customer files in CRM

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active Life and Health General Lines License in the state of residence
• Knowledge of Medicare Life and Health Plans
• Experience in consultative sales within an inside sales environment
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Availability to work with customers across multiple states
