Key Responsibilities

• Receives inbound calls from customers regarding health insurance options
• Assists with escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction
• Meets sales and productivity goals consistently

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must hold an active Life and Health General Lines License in the state of residence
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare and health insurance options
• Experience in sales, preferably in a consultative role
• Ability to work in an inside sales environment
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
