Job Summary

Consulting with seniors on Medicare options, the full-time Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor will drive sales through inbound and outbound calls in a fully remote environment while meeting productivity goals and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding health insurance options
• Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to meet sales targets
• Consult and educate seniors on the best Medicare Life and Health Plans tailored to their needs

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active Life and Health General Lines License in the state of residence
• At least 1 year of sales or related experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
