Job Summary

Driving Medicare sales through consultative selling, the fully remote Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor will utilize in-depth Medicare knowledge to assist retired seniors in selecting the most beneficial health plans while meeting sales and productivity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Receives inbound calls from customers regarding health insurance options across multiple states
• Assists with escalated customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience
• Meets daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and productivity goals

Required qualifications

• Must hold an active Life and Health General Lines License in the state of residence
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare plans and options
• Experience in sales, particularly in a consultative selling environment
• Ability to work in a remote setting while managing customer interactions effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems for updating customer files
