Job Summary

Consulting with seniors on Medicare options, the full-time Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor will drive sales through inbound and outbound calls, providing expert guidance on health plans while working remotely across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and educate seniors on Medicare Life and Health Plans over the phone
• Receive inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries and escalated issues
• Meet sales and productivity goals through outbound calls and follow-ups on prospects

Required Qualifications

• Active Life and Health General Lines License in the state of residence
• At least 1 year of sales or related experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
