Licensed Medicare Drug Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Licensed Medicare Drug Consultant for a fully remote contract position, where the consultant will manage inbound inquiries about Medicare Part D Plans, support new business and annual reviews, and provide quotes while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and appointments regarding Medicare Part D Plans
• Support both new business and existing clients with annual reviews
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions and quotes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Accident/Health Insurance License in the state of residency
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Ability to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers
• Proficiency with sales systems
