Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized needs analyses for customers regarding Medicare
- Guide customers through various Medicare plan options and assist in their enrollment
- Provide exceptional customer service and stay updated on Medicare regulations and trends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Licensed Medicare Advisor
- Must possess a health license in the resident state prior to starting
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Sales experience in a related field is preferred but not required
