Job Summary

Supporting existing Medicare members, the full-time Remote Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent will engage in service-focused conversations, helping clients understand their coverage and resolve concerns without high-pressure sales tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Medicare members, focusing on retention, education, and issue resolution
• Guide members through their coverage options while meeting performance expectations for call quality and engagement
• Maintain communication with supervisors and attend required team meetings and training sessions

Required qualifications

• Active Health or Health & Life license
• Minimum of 1 year of Medicare experience
• Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
• Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
• Basic computer skills and comfort with multiple software systems
