Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent

Job Summary

Taking inbound calls from interested Medicare beneficiaries, the full-time Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent will educate clients on Medicare plans, guide them through enrollment processes, and achieve personal sales goals in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans
• Guide clients through enrollment using CRM and telephonic platforms
• Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and training standards

Required qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License (required)
• 2026/27 AHIP certification preferred
• Experience with Medicare products is a plus, but not required
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently from home
• Tech-savvy and organized, with familiarity in CRMs and VOIP
