Job Summary
To support members in navigating their Medicare options, the full-time Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent will engage in sales-focused conversations, handling inbound and outbound calls to educate prospective clients and facilitate enrollment, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective Medicare members, focusing on education and enrollment
- Guide members through their coverage options and next steps without using high-pressure tactics
- Meet performance expectations related to call quality, member engagement, and sales metrics
Required qualifications:
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
