Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support Medicare house accounts and enhance client retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist Medicare house accounts without assigned agents
- Provide basic Medicare policy information and guide clients through plan updates or changes
- Support retention through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Active Life and Health insurance license required
- Medicare sales experience with strong knowledge of Medicare products
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proven customer service and/or sales experience, ideally in Medicare insurance
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment
