Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support Medicare house accounts and enhance client retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist Medicare house accounts without assigned agents
  • Provide basic Medicare policy information and guide clients through plan updates or changes
  • Support retention through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Active Life and Health insurance license required
  • Medicare sales experience with strong knowledge of Medicare products
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven customer service and/or sales experience, ideally in Medicare insurance
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment
