A company is looking for a Licensed Medicare Insurance Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and sell Medicare products to customers responding to marketing campaigns
• Assist with enrolling customers into their insurance plans as needed
• Drive sales through an uncapped commission structure, focusing on exceeding personal and team goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1 year of recent sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Active Life & Health or Accident & Health insurance producer license required prior to starting
• Proven track record of high performance in previous roles
• Ability to work in a private workspace free of distractions
