Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent to work remotely on a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound Medicare sales calls in a high-volume call center setting
  • Qualify prospective members for Medicare Advantage plans and assist with enrollments and plan changes
  • Accurately document all calls using the CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of Medicare and/or commercial sales experience
  • Active Accident and Health (LAH) insurance license
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Must be available to work some weekends on a rotating schedule
