Job Summary

Commission-driven and self-motivated, the full-time Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will engage with potential customers from various marketing campaigns, conduct needs analyses, and enroll clients in Medicare products, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine the best Medicare products for clients
  • Enroll customers into their chosen insurance plans based on business needs
  • Achieve sales goals through an uncapped commission structure
Required qualifications
  • Active Life & Health or Accident & Health insurance producer license in the resident state or ability to obtain one
  • 1 year of recent sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven track record of successful performance in previous roles
  • Ability to work in a private workspace free of distractions
