Job Summary
Commission-driven and self-motivated, the full-time Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will engage with potential customers from various marketing campaigns, conduct needs analyses, and enroll clients in Medicare products, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis to determine the best Medicare products for clients
- Enroll customers into their chosen insurance plans based on business needs
- Achieve sales goals through an uncapped commission structure
Required qualifications
- Active Life & Health or Accident & Health insurance producer license in the resident state or ability to obtain one
- 1 year of recent sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven track record of successful performance in previous roles
- Ability to work in a private workspace free of distractions
