Job Summary
Combining sales and customer retention, the full-time Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will engage with clients to cross-sell insurance products, ensure satisfaction, and assist with Medicare enrollments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
- Cross-sell products across Senior, Life, Auto & Home divisions and assist with Medicare insurance enrollments during peak times
- Utilize a proprietary CRM system to manage client interactions and maintain efficiency while communicating with clients
Required qualifications:
- Active Life & Health or Accident & Health Insurance Producer License
- High school diploma or GED required
- Recent experience in insurance, call center, or sales preferred
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a private workspace free of distractions, adhering to HIPAA regulations
