Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support the Annual Enrollment Period, the temporary Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with Medicare Advantage sales while working remotely with flexible scheduling during peak hours from October 15 to December 7.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through calls to explain Medicare options and assist with enrollment
• Meet sales goals while adhering to company and Medicare regulations
• Build positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in selling Medicare or other insurance products
• Active Health and Life Insurance license required
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
