Licensed Medicare Sales Agent
Job Summary
Supporting individuals eligible for Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP), the full-time Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will engage in compassionate telesales conversations to educate and guide prospective members through their Medicare and Medicaid coverage options while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls focused on sales, education, and enrollment for DSNP Medicare members
- Guide individuals through understanding their Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility
- Meet performance expectations related to sales goals, call quality, and schedule adherence
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
