Job Summary
Supervising a team of licensed health agents, the full-time Licensed Medicare Sales Supervisor will manage daily call center activities, coach agents to exceed sales goals, and ensure compliance with company policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a team of 10-20 licensed agents, including scheduling and timecard approvals
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide real-time coaching to improve sales effectiveness
- Facilitate training and development for agents to enhance performance and ensure proper execution of call center procedures
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid Health License
- At least 6 months of experience in a sales call center environment
- Previous experience leading a team of 10 or more employees
- Experience with Medicare Advantage sales
