Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing member questions and resolving issues
- Verify enrollment and assist customers with post-enrollment activities and plan benefits
- Cross-sell additional products and document interactions accurately using provided tools
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a resident state health insurance license or have the ability to obtain one
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and customer focus
