Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing member questions and resolving issues
  • Verify enrollment and assist customers with post-enrollment activities and plan benefits
  • Cross-sell additional products and document interactions accurately using provided tools
Required Qualifications
  • Must hold a resident state health insurance license or have the ability to obtain one
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and customer focus
