Licensed Mental Health Clinician
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician, this position will deliver high-quality virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families while managing a full caseload and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 virtual psychotherapy sessions and conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Develop and adjust collaborative treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field supporting independent clinical practice
- Active, unrestricted independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT
- Independently credentialed with major insurance carriers is preferred
