Licensed Mental Health Coach Leader

Job Summary

Providing support and guidance to a team of mental health coaches, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Coach Leader will manage day-to-day operations, deliver training, and oversee service delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Clinical Management in operations, productivity, and quality of service delivery
• Guide and coach a team of mental health coaches while addressing performance issues
• Collaborate with Clinical Management and Client Services to resolve complex service inquiries and complaints

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Minimum five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Independent clinical state license to practice (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least one (1) year of coaching experience and previous supervisory/management experience
• Fundamental understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and contact management systems
