Job Summary
To support mental health crisis outreach, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Coordinator will engage with individuals through phone, email, and text, providing brief support and utilizing assessment tools to ensure appropriate care while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to patients needing mental health support via various communication methods
- Utilize empathy and active listening to engage at-risk individuals and provide brief support
- Maintain documentation of patient interactions and coordinate with staff and emergency services to ensure safety
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a clinical field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology)
- Independent state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent); associate licensure accepted
- Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with technology, including navigating multiple applications
- Experience or willingness to work on a Mac operating system
