Job Summary

Licensed Mental Health Counselor provides full-time outpatient services through a remote telehealth program, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday to Friday schedule without weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in a remote work environment

Required Qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Ability to work from a private space suitable for telehealth sessions
