Job Summary
To support the development of a pilot program, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor will establish clinic criteria, assess state readiness, create training resources, and engage with stakeholders, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish foundational clinic designation criteria and develop procedures for tracking status
- Create and adapt training curriculum and resources for the pilot program
- Perform outreach and provide education to participating clinics while coordinating stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Public Health required; Doctoral Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating pilot programs
- Active clinical license to practice within the U.S. (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LPCC)
- Knowledge of military populations and military mental health issues preferred
