Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own flexible hours, and manage a caseload without the need for marketing or outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients
- Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining thorough documentation
- Work independently with provided clients, focusing solely on therapy without billing or claims work
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH number for independent practice capability
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Commitment to maintaining a flexible schedule based on personal availability
