Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy to clients without the need for marketing or outreach, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload in a contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video therapy sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients
- Manage intake and discharge processes for clients while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with clients using a therapy-focused model, ensuring no billing or reimbursement work is required
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH number for independent practice capability
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Flexibility to set own hours and manage caseload
- Experience in providing therapy-focused services in a virtual environment
