Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Job Summary
To support a growing remote practice, the contract Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy-focused services to clients, set their own hours, and manage a flexible caseload without the need for marketing or billing tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video therapy sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients
- Manage client intake and discharge processes while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and monitor progress
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- CAQH number for independent practice capability
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Experience in providing therapy services in a telehealth setting
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards in practice
