Job Summary

Licensed Mental Health Counselor - FL, is a full-time remote position requiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient services via telehealth, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure patient safety and confidentiality in a HIPAA-compliant environment

Required Qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Ability to utilize telehealth technology effectively
