Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY)

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY) will manage client care remotely, utilizing technology to deliver compassionate mental health treatment with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT-D)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to work in a private home office environment that meets HIPAA standards
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
