Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient case management and ensure patients are connected to care
• Oversee a team of 3-5 Care Coordinators
• Collaborate with customers to report on patient experience and manage escalated cases

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Clinical training, such as a Master's in Social Work
• Highly organized with the ability to diagnose issues and implement solutions
• Strong project and team management skills
• Passion for transforming mental health care through technology
