Licensed Mental Health Navigator

Job Summary

To support members with chronic and treatment-resistant mood and anxiety disorders, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Navigator will provide telephonic assessments, coaching, referrals, and ongoing care coordination in a fully remote setting, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic screenings and refer members to appropriate mood and anxiety specialty treatment providers
• Utilize motivational interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to support members in their care journey
• Document member interactions and maintain accurate records while coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience with chronic and severe mood and anxiety disorders
• Experience in motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mood and anxiety disorders, with preference for DBT training
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer platforms and systems
