Job Summary
To support members with chronic and treatment-resistant mood and anxiety disorders, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Navigator will provide telephonic assessments, coaching, referrals, and ongoing care coordination in a fully remote setting, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic screenings and refer members to appropriate mood and anxiety specialty treatment providers
- Utilize motivational interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to support members in their care journey
- Document member interactions and maintain accurate records while coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience with chronic and severe mood and anxiety disorders
- Experience in motivational interviewing and diagnostic assessment
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mood and anxiety disorders, with preference for DBT training
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer platforms and systems
