Job Summary
To support AI systems, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Professional Annotator will evaluate and annotate mental-health content for clinical accuracy and safety, requiring 8 hours of work per day with at least 4 hours overlapping Pacific Time.
Key responsibilities
- Review AI-generated mental-health content for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
- Annotate text, audio, surveys, and conversations related to mood, stress, and emotional wellbeing
- Identify sensitive content and adhere to safety-escalation protocols while maintaining confidentiality
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral-health field
- Understanding of mental-health terminology and common wellbeing frameworks
- Strong emotional resilience and judgment when reviewing sensitive material
- Ability to follow strict confidentiality and safety-escalation protocols
- Commitment to an 8-week internship, working 8 hours per day
