Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider (TalkNow) to provide emotional support to higher education students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support via phone, video, or chat
• Develop care plans and conduct risk assessments in collaboration with members
• Document sessions and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR) while adhering to HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's degree in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults or at-risk populations
• Ability to assess and document sessions with members in crisis
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities and cultural humility
