Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Licensed Mental Health Provider, the candidate will provide emotional support and therapeutic services to students and faculty, focusing on crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning while maintaining a flexible schedule of 32 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide remote mental health counseling and support to students and faculty, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and compliance standards
- Conduct assessments, triage, and document sessions, particularly for clients in crisis or experiencing self-harm ideation
- Utilize evidence-based modalities to build rapport and facilitate client progress while maintaining professional boundaries
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy with Provisional or Associate License
- Fully Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
- Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Strong clinical writing, assessment, and active listening skills
- Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults or in a college counseling environment
