Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Provider for their Primary Care Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a panel of patients with mild to moderate behavioral health conditions in collaboration with primary care providers
• Provide brief interventions using evidence-based techniques
• Support psychotropic medication management prescribed by PCPs

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Nursing
• 2+ years of outpatient work experience
• Competency with brief, structured intervention techniques
• Spanish language fluency
• Must be licensed in Georgia
