Licensed Mental Health Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for licensed mental health providers, the part-time Recruiter will proactively source candidates, conduct screening calls, and partner with clinical leadership to close top talent in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for licensed clinicians including therapists and psychiatric providers
• Proactively source candidates using various tools with a focus on outbound pipeline building
• Manage candidate processes while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and tracking recruiting performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical settings
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort with high-volume pipelines
• Experience with ATS systems and structured recruiting workflows
• Organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple roles and priorities
