Licensed Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Wellbeing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members to assess personal wellbeing, emotional health, and safety needs
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and coordinate follow-up care and services
• Develop individualized action plans using clinical modalities and facilitate crisis support

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field, or an RN with 3+ years of behavioral health experience
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (RN's must be licensed in their state of residence)
• Able to work 8.5-hour shifts during business hours, with potential for occasional overtime
• Designated workspace and access to secure high-speed internet in home
