Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Wellbeing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members to assess their needs and provide individualized support
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate services for appropriate care
• Develop action plans and facilitate follow-up care based on member needs

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in a relevant field or an RN with 3+ years of behavioral health experience
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts during business hours, with occasional overtime
• Designated workspace with secure high-speed internet access
