Licensed Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary

Providing one-to-one engagement support, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Specialist will conduct telephonic assessments, coordinate care, and develop individualized action plans for members, all while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with members to assess their wellbeing and identify appropriate solutions
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and coordinate services with emergency personnel as needed
• Develop and implement individualized action plans using clinical modalities such as Solution Focused Consultation

Required qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related discipline
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license
• Ability to work any of the 8.5-hour shift schedules during business hours, Monday-Friday
• Designated workspace and access to secure high-speed internet at home
