Licensed Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary

To support a clinical team focused on behavioral health, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Specialist will engage with members through telephonic assessments, provide solution-focused consultations, and coordinate care while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough telephonic assessments to evaluate members' emotional and physical health needs
• Develop individualized action plans using clinical modalities such as Solution Focused Consultation and Motivational Interviewing
• Coordinate follow-up care and services, ensuring members receive appropriate resources and support

Required qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related discipline
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license
• Ability to work any of the 8.5-hour shift schedules during normal business hours, Monday-Friday
• Designated workspace and access to secure high-speed internet via cable/DSL
