Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist 1099 to provide virtual mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions virtually, focusing on adolescent and adult populations
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience providing therapy in an unsupervised, independent practice setting
• Active, unrestricted license in California, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Georgia as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Experience working with clients managing PTSD, depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions
• Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
