Job Summary

Offering a flexible hybrid work schedule, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and participate in weekly case consultations, all while working remotely or onsite in various locations across Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to clients in a supportive and empathetic environment
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans
• Participate in weekly case consultations and supervision opportunities to enhance clinical skills

Required qualifications

• Active licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT
• Experience in providing mental health therapy in an outpatient setting
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in continuing education
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment practices
