Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing nationwide practice, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote individual, family, and group therapy, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for clinical leadership as the organization expands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth to children, teens, and families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
• Manage a flexible caseload, with options for part-time or full-time work

Required qualifications

• Active U.S. state license: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independently licensed credential
• Experience with or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a remote telehealth environment
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
• Bilingual strongly preferred across all markets
